Because the full product is supplied as an immediate digital download, change-of-mind refunds are not normally offered after the files have been accessed or downloaded.
If you are charged twice, cannot access the files, or the product is materially defective or does not match its description, please contact support@thebusiness.school. We will investigate promptly and put the issue right.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If something is wrong with your order
- Email support@thebusiness.school and tell us what happened.
- Include the email address you bought with (so we can find the order).
- We answer within 24 hours on working days and investigate promptly.
- Where a refund is due, it is made to your original payment method through the checkout provider you bought through, and typically appears within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
