Pricing

Simple pricing for UK schools. No per-student fees. No surprises.

Designed to sit inside a department's normal capitation spend — the Department licence deliberately stays under the £500 procurement threshold so a Head of Business can sign it off without bursar escalation.

Pilot programme — free through July 2026

UK schools running a pilot between May and July 2026 receive a Department licence free of charge for the summer term. The offer converts to a paid Department licence from September 2026, invoiced pro rata if you start mid-term. No commitment during the pilot, no payment details required to begin.

Questions

How is pricing different from per-student tools?
Many classroom tools charge £1–5 per student per year. At a full-intake Sixth Form that is £500–2,000 for Business Studies alone. A flat £249 Department licence is predictable and sits inside normal department capitation.
Why is there no "per-seat" tier?
Because it makes procurement harder. Most schools prefer a single-line invoice. The Department licence covers every student taught by that department in the licence year.
Does VAT apply?
TBS Education Ltd Oy is a Finnish company. UK-based schools are charged under the reverse-charge VAT mechanism (no VAT added at our invoice; the school accounts for it). We issue VAT-compliant invoices.
Can we try before we pay?
The free Autumn 2026 pilot cohort is now full and runs September to December 2026. A waitlist for the next round (early 2027) is open. Paid tiers launch in 2027.
How does the MAT discount work?
Five or more schools on a single agreement attract a per-school discount of 25–40% depending on size. One DPA covers the whole MAT. Contact us for a tailored quote.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel any time with 30 days' notice before renewal. No auto-upgrade; your tier stays the same unless you request a change.
