If you have made something that worked in your classroom, put it here and another teacher can use it on Monday. Everything on this page is free to download, with no sign up and no paywall, and it stays that way.

One thing to know before you send anything

Nothing goes up automatically. Every submission is read first, and any claim about an exam board is checked against that board’s own published specification or mark scheme before the file is published. That is slower, and it is the whole point: a teacher who downloads from here should not have to check the tariffs themselves.

It also means the fastest way to get published is to make the checking easy. If your resource says a question is worth nine marks, or names a specification code, say where you got it.

What gets published

Free, permanently. No paywall, no email wall, no “free sample of”. If it is a taster for something paid, this is not the place.
Business or Economics, any level: GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level, BTEC, IB.
Yours to give. Your own work, or work you hold the rights to. Quote a board where you are explaining it, for example a mark band in a set of model answers. What cannot go up is a past paper, a whole mark scheme or scanned textbook pages, because those belong to the board or the publisher and we
Usable as it stands. A worksheet, a starter bank, a case study, a game, a knowledge organiser, a set of model answers. It does not need to be pretty.
Checkable. If it makes a claim about what a board wants, that claim has to survive being looked up.

What happens after you send it

It is read, usually within a week.
Every board claim in it is checked against the board’s own document. If something is off, you get told exactly what and where, with the link, and you can fix it or let us fix it.
It goes up with your name and your school on it, unless you would rather it did not.
It stays free. If you ever want it taken down, email support@thebusiness.school and it comes down. That is also the address if you spot something wrong in anything on the hub, ours included.

This is my own work, or I hold the rights to share it. Quoting a board, for example a mark band you are explaining, is fine. Reproducing a past paper, a whole mark scheme or textbook pages is not. I am happy for it to be hosted here and downloaded free by other teachers. I keep the copyright, and I can ask for it to be removed at any time. Any claim it makes about an exam board is one I believe is right, and I am happy for it to be checked and corrected before publication.

Why bother

Because the good stuff is sitting on hard drives. Most departments have a worksheet that works every year and never leaves the building. Putting it here costs nothing, keeps your name on it, and saves somebody a Sunday evening.

And if you would rather just take rather than give, that is fine too. Everything in the resource library is free and always will be.
