What you get
- 60 taught lessons, two a week for 30 weeks, each with an objective, minute by minute timings, teaching points, a worked task with data, and full answers with working shown.
- 24 practice hours plus six assessment hours, run from six unit question banks: 72 questions with answers, so the third hour of every week plans itself.
- Six unit assessments totalling 270 marks, each with calculations, explain questions and a levelled case essay, and a complete mark scheme.
- 30 retrieval starters: 150 questions with answers, deliberately interleaved so every week revisits earlier units. Projectable from the included PowerPoint.
- 20 built economics diagrams, drawn where the lesson needs them: PPF, demand and supply, surpluses, tax and subsidy, externalities, price controls, AD, SRAS, both shapes of LRAS, the multiplier, the cycle, and the policy shifts.
- Six assessments printed as student sheets, each with ruled working space and its mark scheme starting a separate page, so you can photocopy a paper without the answers on the back of it.

A standalone multiple-choice question bank is not included.
Every number checks out
Every task uses internally consistent figures, and every answer is computed from the task data rather than typed beside it. The pack has been through four independent quality reviews, including line by line recalculation of all 174 computed figures, a mark total check on all six papers, and a redraw check on every diagram. If a student challenges a mark scheme figure, the working wins.
Which specification, and what the year covers
Written for AQA 7136 and Edexcel 9EC0. Every lesson header carries both references, each with its section name. This is the first year of a two year A-level course: the ground both boards teach in Year 12.

Left for Year 13, on purpose: AQA 4.1.2 beyond a week 10 introduction, 4.1.5 Perfect competition, imperfectly competitive markets and monopoly, 4.1.6 The labour market, 4.1.7 The distribution of income and wealth: poverty and inequality, 4.2.6 The international economy, the financial markets content of 4.2.4, and the four AQA subsections named as exceptions above. Edexcel Themes 3 and 4. Where a lesson touches the border, the lesson says so.

Questions teachers ask
Is it really the whole year? Thirty weeks at three planned hours a week: two written lessons plus a structured practice hour. Ninety planned hours. Everything needed to deliver this 30-week programme is included, except a standalone multiple-choice question bank. Teachers may add their preferred board questions and current economic examples.
Can I change things? Everything. The Word file contains the entire year as ordinary editable text: swap the cases, the figures, the sequence. The PowerPoint is yours to reorder.
Both boards in one class? The scheme is sequenced so a class on either board follows it straight through, and each lesson carries both references. If you teach one board, the other reference is simply there for departments running both.
What if it is not for me? Start with the free sample. It shows the format, the teaching approach and the level of detail before you pay.
