GCSE Business: Which Sentence Earns Which Mark

The 9 mark and 12 mark questions, answered and marked line by line. Four complete long answers in which every sentence carries a tag saying what it earns and why.

GCSE Business  ·  AQA 8132 and Edexcel 1BS0  ·  Free PDF and Word  ·  No sign up
Corrected on 13 August 2026, after two teachers put it right.

The first version called the Edexcel nine mark question an Analyse question and said it carried no evaluation credit. Both were wrong. On Edexcel the nine mark question is Justify with two options given, the twelve mark question is Evaluate, and Analyse is a six mark question. The pack below says that, and the worked answers have been rewritten to match.

Thanks to Nath Aird and Mark Andrew, who said so publicly within three hours rather than scrolling past. The pack is longer than it was because the corrected Edexcel section is in it.
